How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Laycomplex Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Laycomplex Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If something went wrong with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you say and what they answer.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Laycomplex Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@laycomplex.living and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state licensing board may be able to help.
