Laycomplex Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning a new concrete driveway or patio. We explain the process in plain words and connect you with independent local providers. Think of us as a neighborhood directory with a few helpful notes written in the margins.
Planning concrete can feel like packing for a trip you have never taken. You are not sure what to bring. So we start with a simple list: photos, measurements and notes. When you hold the same facts as every provider, the quotes you receive are much easier to compare.
Ask, then compare. That is the idea behind everything here.
When you send a request, we look at the type of project and your general location. Then we pass your details to a provider in our network who serves that area. Some projects, such as a wide driveway or stamped concrete patios, call for different skills, so matching matters. You are never required to hire the provider you are introduced to.
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
You should still verify these things yourself. A good provider will not mind.
A lighthouse points boats toward the shore, but it does not steer them. In the same way, Laycomplex Concrete does not pour, finish or schedule any concrete work. We do not set prices, sign contracts or supervise job sites. We do not handle repair calls or customer service for completed work. The agreement is between you and the provider.
Providers in our network may pay Laycomplex Concrete for referrals. You do not pay Laycomplex Concrete to submit a request. Any price you agree to is set between you and the provider, so get it in writing before work begins.
Start by sending a request with a few photos and rough measurements. Written scope first, then compare two or three estimates side by side.
